| Greg Patey Assumes Responsibility as Executive Vice President, STI |

September 3, 2008 - Effective immediately, Greg Patey will assume responsibility as Executive Vice President of STI and the overall day to day running of the business.
All departments will report to Greg on a day to day basis and he will report directly to Gerry McDole, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
STI will benefit from Greg’s 21 plus years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, his attention to detail and his ability to develop & implement strategic plans. He brings a background of managerial cross functionality in sales, marketing, market access and professional relations, as well as, international responsibilities.
During the interim, Greg will maintain direct responsibility for the sales team until the position is filled. He will also continue to sit on the Management Committee with Gerry McDole, Bill Adams, and Paul Tobin.
