| STI soon to reach the 100 Program milestone! |

STI has been in the market for over 5 years, however, the first 18 months were dedicated to an Atlantic Pilot Program
which restricted the number of programs in the market as STI wanted to learn from the pilot project. After the Atlantic
Pilot Project was successfully completed in 2003, STI commenced its operations and quickly launched programs across the
country with many major pharmaceutical and diagnostic clients. In 2004, STI officially received approval to launch in the
Quebec marketplace and became a truly National player for alternative sample marketing programs
.
As of 2007, STI has worked with over 45 companies and will have launched 100 programs in Canada. The 100 Program mark
is soon to be realized and reaffirms STI's SmartTechnology sample marketing leadership position in the Canadian
pharmaceutical, biologic and diagnostic industries.
STI would like to thank everyone that has supported its technology and all of its current clients! STI has numerous
endorsements from medical, pharmacy and regulatory bodies and the following is just one example of how STI's
