The OPMA Golf Classic was held at Deer Creek golf course on June 18th, 2009. Jason Steele, STI’s Director of Marketing and New Business Development, was a co-chair along with Sean McBride from GlaxoSmithKline.
Myriam Lavoie (Astellas) and Kim Bradley (Bayer) each won a Maritime Party Pack, which consists of a fresh delivery of Atlantic lobster, mussels, and Alexander Keith’s beer, topped off with a bright yellow sou’wester. Ballots for the Maritime Party Pack were taken on a hole and were also given out to winners at the STI Black Jack table.

Reebok golf packages were awarded to Darren Krusynski who recorded the men’s longest drive of the day and to Michelle Janke who won on the women’s side. Eric Frendo won the closest to the pin on the men’s side, while Diane Gushue captured the women’s closest to the pin. The team of Jennifer Kramer, Stu Fowler, Tim Alcorn, and Scott Warren took home the prize for the Team low net score.
STI would like to thank the OPMA board members who helped coordinate the event, as well as the Deer Creek staff who helped make the 2009 event a success.
